ICC Tampa is proud to accomodate events in one of its 2 community centers. This module is designed to facilitate the user with viewing the availibility and online booking of either of the facilities:

  • The Magnolia Ballroom
  • The Lotus Gallery
  • Both(Megnolia & Lotus)

     

    The Magnolia Ballroom is a little over five years old and has gradually undergone a transition from a "four walls" to a tastefully-decorated banquet hall. It ideally seats from 200 to 500 guests.

    Its balcony overlooking the main floor on three sides is accessed from three stairwells and an elevator. It can be utilized for a pre-reception gathering, extended seating area, or even "game" or silent auction area for fund-raising events.

    The main floor can accommodate up to 50 round tables of 10-12 guests with a dance floor. An additional 250 guests can be seated in the balcony. "Creative layouts" can often extend seating for almost a 1000.

    Curtains under the balcony can reduce the expansiveness of the room for smaller more intimate gatherings. But the Magnolia offers plenty of room for a full day of events.

    The large, professional stage offers theatrical lighting and there is an in-house sound and video projection system. A large retractable screen is located on the back wall of the stage. Dressing rooms with separate entrance and restrooms is located directly behind the stage. These can serve as preparation rooms for performers or wedding party members. The stage is large enough to feature a 30-piece orchestra or extended head table.

    Easy access for dj's, prop companies or other vendors is a plus in the Magnolia Ballroom. An connecting outdoor stage offers an interesting alternative. Cigar and martini bars go well there.

    The Lotus Gallery is the newest addition to the ICC Tampa. The gallery can serve as a stand-alone facility for events up to 200 guests (at tables) or may serve as a ceremony location or pre-reception area in conjunction with the larger Magnolia Ballroom.

    Although smoking is not allowed indoors, a perimeter area around the Lotus offers smokers easy access to the outdoors

    Lotus Gallery highlights include:

  • 5,000 sq. ft. of unobstructed space
  • Comfortably seats up to 200 guests with dance floor
  • Accommodates up to 300 for cocktail parties or dances
  • In-House video projection/sound system
  • Controlled spotlighting/dimmers
  • Round guest tables seating 8-12 guests
  • Padded Ballroom Chairs
  • Direct access to kitchen area
  • Direct access to outdoors
  • Portable platforms available
