OPTIONAL AMENITIES

• Kitchen -  The ICC offers a full commercial kitchen where your licensed caterer can prepare food onsite.  There is no fee for the kitchen unless the gas appliances (range, fryer or convection oven) are used.
• Security – Security is required for events in excess of 350 guests.  Additional security may be required when alcohol is served.
• Audio/Visual – Usage of the in-house sound, lighting or projection systems can be contracted for a fee.  An ICC approved technician must be contracted by the client. No exceptions.
• Valet Parking – Please ask an ICC representative for details.
• Excess Table/Chair – Additional tables and chairs are available for a fee.

DEPOSITS

• A  non-refundable deposit of $500 for Lotus Gallery and $750 for Magnolia Ballroom is required to reserve the hall space with balance in full due 30 days prior to event.  We will not place a room on hold unless the deposit has been received. 
• A security deposit of $500 must be submitted in a separate check no less than 14 days prior to an event.  This deposit will be refunded after the post event assessment has been conducted. (Usually within 72 hours).



General Provisions


ICC reserves the right to alter and/or amend these General Building Policies.


 FINAL PAYMENTS

• Final payments are due 30 days prior to the date of the event.
• Full payment is due for bookings made less than 30 days prior to the event.

CANCELLATION

• Written notice of cancellation will be accepted 30 days prior to the date of the event with no penalty save deposit.
• Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to event will incur additional fees as follows: 20-29 days 50% of rental fee, 10-19 days 75% of rental fee, 0-9 days 100% of rental fee.

 FORM OF PAYMENT

• We accept checks and money orders.
• Checks/Money Orders must be made payable to: India Cultural Center

 BAR SERVICE

• The India Cultural Center does not have its own Liquor License; therefore, all alcoholic bar services must be contracted with licensed bartending companies. Non-alcoholic beverages may be served by the caterer.

SHUT DOWN PROCEDURES

• All India Cultural Center events will be scheduled to shut down at midnight.  In some instances clients may be allowed to extended their event up to 2 hours at a fee of $300 per hour after midnight.  All extensions must be approved in writing and after hour fee paid prior to the start of the event. NO EXCEPTIONS.
